About the position

The IT Project Manager will provide project management support to the Vacation Club Technology team, focusing on the delivery of various technical integrations. This role involves planning and estimating new initiatives, transitioning existing technology project responsibilities, and engaging in strategy and requirements gathering with business and tech teams prior to project kick-off. The position requires a strong background in backend systems and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to the Vacation Club Technology team.
• Partner with leaders responsible for the delivery of various technical integrations.
• Plan and estimate new initiatives and transition existing technology project responsibilities.
• Engage in strategy, roadmapping, and requirements gathering with business and tech teams before project initiation.
• Maintain project budgets, including resource forecasting and financial risk identification.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a senior role, with at least 4 years as a software Project Manager.
• Experience with enterprise solutions, such as SalesForce.
• Strong project management fundamentals, including project planning and budget management.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to maintain project budgets and manage non-labor expenses.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a developer is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating within a Tech & Digital organization.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable leadership styles, and ability to work with ambiguous objectives.

Benefits

• Contract duration of 22 months with possible extension or contract to hire.
