About the position

The IT Project Manager at RELQ Technologies LLC is responsible for leading and delivering technology projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks.
  • Coordinate and direct project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals.
  • Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project risks and status.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to analyze project performance and make data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
