About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) projects from inception through post-implementation, ensuring successful completion and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work and create in-depth project plans to ensure projects are successfully completed
• Monitor and track project milestones, identifying potential obstacles and creating proactive solutions to remove blockers
• Ensure projects meet budget expectations and identify areas to increase cost effectiveness
• Manage resource allocation to ensure project coverage
• Create project documentation and regularly communicate updates with stakeholders
• Maintain cross-functional relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle across teams and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience working with IT healthcare delivery
