About the position

The IT Project Manager will lead the implementation of the Inventory and Cost Accounting project across multiple global manufacturing facilities. This role is crucial in supporting the Corporate Systems department and enhancing global manufacturing operations through effective project management and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Inventory and Cost Accounting project across multiple global manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with plant controllers and operations teams to analyze current inventory valuation methodologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timeline management and resource allocation.
• Drive the implementation of standard inventory valuation processes across facilities.
• Monitor project metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory management practices.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Working experience with IBM AS400 i-Series systems.
