About the position

The Structured Cabling Project Manager will lead and manage on-site construction and cabling projects, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through execution and close-out. The role emphasizes quality, communication, safety, and integrity, with a focus on continuous learning and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage field personnel performance.
• Approve timesheets and expense reports.
• Oversee project planning, WBS, and estimate reviews.
• Coordinate material, labor, permitting, and project completion.
• Handle change orders and submit close-out documents.
• Lead client communication, sign-offs, and project meetings.
• Manage project scheduling, reporting, site reviews, and walk-throughs.
• Ensure project profitability and personnel skills development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to undergo Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Benefits
