About the position

The IT Project Manager at iT1 is responsible for overseeing various IT projects for clients and internal company initiatives. This role involves utilizing industry best practices to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The IT Project Manager will communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage resources, and maintain project documentation while proactively addressing potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track and measure progress
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using all appropriate tools and methodologies
• Successfully manage the relationship with clients and all project stakeholders
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize exposure to any potential risks to the company and clients
• Proactively research and locate necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop; analyze/predict trends and develop a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
• Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience, IT project management experience is highly desirable
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about managing and completing projects
• Demonstrated experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to communicate project scope, status, and any issues with all stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
• Strong technical writing skills
• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
• Ability to conduct and prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals
