The IT Project Manager IV (Change/Release Management) position at BCforward is a critical role responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables that typically require engagement from multiple teams. They will also be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, facilitating dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables. The position promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the completion of deliverables within the established timeline. The IT Project Manager will gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedules. They will ensure that execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Additionally, the role supports resource planning for delivery and execution, making it an individual contributor position that requires strong leadership and project management skills.
