About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry. The role focuses on supporting the Core Technology and Infrastructure Restoral Services team by improving processes and ensuring integration with best practices. The IT Project Manager will work closely with business executives and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the Core Technology and Infrastructure Restoral Services team.
• Focus on long-term strategic goals for full integration of processes and best practices.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Create and manage documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Communicate and navigate across teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to manage support.
• Identify and manage interdependencies, issues, and risks to provide transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results to managers and executives
• Ability to manage requirements across multiple lines of business
• Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables
• Ability to identify and report risks and issues to leadership
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Independent work capability with knowledge of Business Continuity/Resiliency principles
• Strong MS Office experience
• Experience as a Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with Risk/Control oversight
• Experience with Enterprise Change Standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions
• Strong communicator with the ability to understand complex information
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Proven ability to motivate a project team to deliver results
