About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects within the financial industry, ensuring integration across multiple departments and business units. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder engagement effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units.
• Manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports.
• Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Oversight/manage/lead project execution, integration, and implementation; risk management and mitigation planning; readiness/change adoption/stakeholder management; quality assurance, ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied.
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.
• Act as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis.
• Ability to represent/deputize senior project stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.
