About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position in the financial industry, responsible for managing infrastructure and application products related to Employee Experience Technology and Data Management Technology. The role involves tracking End of Service Life (EOSL) and Not Permitted Technology (NPT) products, communicating remediation solutions, and leading various infrastructure projects. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on End of Service Life (EOSL) and Not Permitted Technology (NPT) infrastructure and application products.
  • Communicate remediation solutions with partners and track efforts to meet remediation dates.
  • Assist in or lead other infrastructure projects as needed.
  • Analyze NPT products for correlations and provide a holistic view.
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams for requirement gathering and analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in project management.
  • 3+ years' experience in infrastructure, software engineering, and/or development.
  • Experience with software/infrastructure engineering and development knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a complex environment.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
  • Experience with project estimation and resource management.
  • Experience with project progress reporting to management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and documentation creation.
  • Exhibit technical leadership skills and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
