About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. The IT Project Manager will be part of the Wealth Management tech executive portfolio that builds technology solutions enabling wealth management bookkeeping, client correspondence, client servicing, and private bank businesses. The role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking key resources, tasks, financials, and status reports across tech standardization and transformation initiatives within the tech executive portfolio. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project deliverables, managing the coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, and communicating work objectives. This includes coordinating delivery and related routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. The role requires providing visibility into deliverables schedules and status, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with standards. Additionally, the IT Project Manager will track and report estimates, financials, and resource planning, while providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedules. The position also involves working closely with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution aligns with deliverable requirements and adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track key resources, tasks, financials, and status reports across tech standardization and transformation initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.

Requirements

• PMP/CSM certification
• Experience in Project/Program management
• Strong communication, coordination, planning, and influence skills
• Experience in the Financials/Banking/Wealth Management domain
