About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end strategic initiatives related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), including Global Economic Sanctions. The role requires accountability for the management of program financials for initiatives according to the Financial Governance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and project oversight, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic Anti-Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA), including Global Economic Sanctions.
• Accountable for the management of program(s) financials for initiative according to Financial Governance Team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years managing program(s) financials of $30MM+
• Advanced level MS office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex issues and drive timely decisions, know when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
• Self-starter, quick learner and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work effectively to deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with TPAS, PMMT and additional internal financial related SORs
