About the position

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives. This role involves managing large and complex projects independently, coordinating resources, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects such as network upgrades, software implementations, and PC deployments, creating detailed project plans and managing resources.
• Define project goals, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Estimate resources, submit budgets, and coordinate with department managers for staffing.
• Oversee all project phases, address team challenges, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
• 5 years of project management experience; Master's degree preferred with 5-8 years in IT project management.
• Strong project management knowledge and IT proficiency.
