About the position
The IT Project Manager position at the Department of Health and Human Services involves overseeing all aspects of Information Technology project management within the Coverage and Analysis Group (CAG) of the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ). The role includes planning, developing, and implementing IT projects to enhance system performance and meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Utilize system performance industry standards and best practices to inform information system business requirements.
- Develop information system testing strategies, plans, or scenarios.
- Oversee IT project activities and resources to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government.
- Experience in project management activities to improve IT processes.
- Experience analyzing information technology system requirements.
- Experience developing statements of work for information technology projects.
