About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee project-oriented work efforts in a healthcare setting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing software development life cycle (SDLC) projects, particularly in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations.
• Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation.
• Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Any Major) Highly Desired
• 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams
• Must have Healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid experience
• Must have experience leading SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) projects
• Must have experience with MS Project and MS Office
• Must have experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
• PMP certification is Highly Preferred
