IT Project Manager

About the position

We are looking for a candidate for the immediate requirement of 'IT Project Manager' position. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for providing advice and designing technology architecture for solutions as per business needs, directing and monitoring work efforts of projects, and managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines for large and complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and design technology architecture for the solutions as per business needs.
• Identify needs for initial or supplemental project resources.
• Responsible to direct and monitor work efforts of the projects.
• Track and manage scope, budget, resources, and timelines for large and complex initiatives.
• Develop project implementation plans including objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, and staffing.
• Communicate plan information and deliverables to project team.
• Ensure communication and coordination across track delivery leads.
• Solve technical and project problems encountered and escalate when required.
• Partner and collaborate with Product Team to implement the product strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate application builds according to release calendar.
• Manage and coordinate logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices such as backlog maintenance, user stories writing, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review sessions and retrospectives.
• Manage and coordinate phases for scoping, envisioning, planning, designing, executing, monitoring, measuring and project closure.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Project Management with 5 years of progressive experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Skills in Software Development Lifecycle Management, Disaster Recovery, Azure Cloud Migration, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, ITIL Standards, PMP Framework, Agile Framework including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
