About the position

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with healthcare experience to lead and manage large, strategic, enterprise-scale projects within our IT department. This role is highly visible and impactful, responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technology projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology acumen, be well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, and possess excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Use Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies to lead project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Present project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders, both in person and via video calls.
• Provide ongoing support for current IT programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on healthcare.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders in person or over video.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP Certification is a plus.
