About the position

The IT Project Manager at Insight Global is responsible for overseeing multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet the desired outcomes. This role involves planning, budgeting, collaborating with suppliers, leading team meetings, and presenting progress to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the Life Sciences industry, and will be adept at managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT projects from end-to-end.
• Plan and budget for projects effectively.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Present results and progress to leadership as needed.
• Manage 6-8 small to medium-sized projects in different stages of the project management lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to present to clients and key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Workday projects.
• Knowledge of Quality Management software, specifically Veeva.
