About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our ERP (Sage) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects, as well as innovate our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT project management principles, particularly in the food manufacturing industry, and a proven track record in managing complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of ERP (Sage), WMS, and A.I. implementation projects within budget, scope, and time constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
• Conduct needs analysis, process redesign, and system customizations to meet business requirements while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budget reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
• Evaluate project outcomes, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP (Sage) and WMS implementations in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Sage, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience in the ice cream or related food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP), ERP systems, or related areas are a plus.
