About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position in the financial industry. The role focuses on supporting the Core Technology and Infrastructure Restoral Services team by improving processes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The IT Project Manager will work closely with business executives and cross-functional teams to manage documentation, identify risks, and drive productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the Core Technology and Infrastructure Restoral Services team.
• Focus on long-term strategic goals for process integration and best practices.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Create and manage documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Communicate and navigate across teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to manage support.
• Provide transparency through identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills to present results to managers, peers, and executives.
• Ability to manage requirements across multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications.
• Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables.
• Ability to identify and report risks and issues to leadership.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive issues.
• Ability to work independently with knowledge of Business Continuity/Resiliency principles.
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Experience as a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst with risk/control oversight.
• Experience with the client's Enterprise Change Standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions.
