About the position

The IT Project Manager at AlphaGraphics and PostNet Headquarters is responsible for leading high-impact technical projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver top-tier programs and platforms, ensuring effective communication and project execution. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote work on certain days while requiring in-office presence on others.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and design wireframes with stakeholders.
• Create requirement specifications and work with developers to implement solutions.
• Manage development teams, oversee project prioritization, and ensure stable operations.
• Develop and execute acceptance tests with QA teams.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for projects and initiatives.
• Lead project planning, follow-up, and remediation processes.
• Supervise offshore development to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with the VP of IT and global teams on strategic initiatives.
• Drive clear communication, documentation, and execution.
• Establish project plans, development roadmaps, and prioritize key activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development solutions.
• 5+ years in project management and technical initiatives.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the franchise, print, or shipping industries.
• Knowledge of SOX cybersecurity compliance and eCommerce platforms.
