Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver IT projects successfully.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Ensure project requirements are understood and met by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and manage complex systems, including TPM and ERP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing complex systems (TPM & ERP experience).
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail industry.
