About the position

As an IT Project Manager at ITCONNECTUS INC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various IT projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, update, and manage comprehensive project plans that encompass critical elements such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. You will be expected to ensure that all project specifications are met through the development and direction of software system testing and validation procedures, as well as programming and documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. In addition to managing project plans, you will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that project goals align with organizational objectives. You will also need to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Your expertise in IT project management will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. The position may require travel or relocation to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S., which adds an element of flexibility and adaptability to the role. As an IT Project Manager, you will be expected to maintain a high level of communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
