About the position

The IT Project Manager at RADcube is responsible for leading the planning and execution of various projects within the organization. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and overseeing project budgets and resources. The IT Project Manager will also be tasked with risk management, change management, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure that projects remain on budget.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, milestones, and issues.
  • Ensure proper change management processes are in place to manage any scope changes, communicating impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure they meet project deliverables and timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and final deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, Construction, or Finance.
  • Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with resource management and project management software.
  • Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
