About the position

MileOne Autogroup is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee new and ongoing IT projects across various functional areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely, on-budget, and successful delivery of all IT projects while collaborating with IT team members and effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for each IT project using designated project management software.
• Gather requirements and specifications needed for successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope for all IT projects.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners, holding them accountable for their responsibilities.
• Manage multiple competing cross-functional IT projects simultaneously.
• Adjust course as needed when new high-priority projects are added.
• Drive project commitments and maintain accountability levels inside and outside the IT department.
• Foster exceptional relationships with stakeholders across all MileOne dealerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of timely and successful delivery of complex hardware and software solutions.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly technologically savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT Business Continuity Planning.
• Six Sigma and/or PMI/PMP Certification.
