About the position

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing IT and software development projects, with demonstrable experience in a tool like ClickUp. This position is hybrid, requiring presence in either our Miami, FL or Westport, CT office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and roadmaps
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and the IT team and translate them into product scope, tasks, and plans
• Monitor and report project progress to the CTO
• Develop weekly status reports and present them to key stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and track project-related KPIs for the department and review them on a regular basis with the CTO
• Assist in documenting and coordinating the testing process
• Assist the team with writing and coordinating product documentation
• Memorialize meeting minutes and action items
• Manage and automate our ClickUp platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience + certification
• 3+ years of experience in IT and software project management
• Experience with ClickUp (or Notion, Asana, Jira)
• Ability to effectively plan, run, and document project meetings
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile
• Experience with resource planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in project management and helping IT team members
• MUST be able to work at our Miami, FL or Westport, CT office
