About the position

The IT Project Manager at The Judge Group Inc. will focus on managing the PCI Compliance Program at Huntington Bank. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders in IT, Cyber Security, and IT Risk Management to ensure successful remediation of PCI Application Assessments according to established timelines. The position requires strong project management skills, particularly in the context of CyberSecurity and PCI industry programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify project deliverables and manage project scope and work activities to ensure timely completion.
• Identify project risks and set timelines to ensure quality work meets expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resolving discrepancies and conflicts among resources.
• Track risk mitigations, issue resolutions, and ongoing decisions effectively.
• Build strong relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders related to the projects.
• Collect and report value metrics to enable timely decision-making by leaders.
• Quickly learn and apply complex technical concepts in a rapidly changing environment.
• Communicate complex technical concepts simply to technical staff and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing status updates on project progress, risks, change management, and issue resolution.
• Lead issue identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience using Azure-Dev Ops boards to manage work.
• Previous experience as a project manager in a Technology group.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous exposure to working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Prior experience running projects for CyberSecurity and/or PCI Industry programs.
