Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of advanced digital solutions for clients.
  • Guide the Agile development of project roadmaps and establish project milestones.
  • Implement metrics to track project progress and success.
  • Collaborate with team members, government clients, and stakeholders to gather and write business or software requirements.
  • Utilize Agile methodology and knowledge of the software development life cycle in project execution.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Experience with gathering and writing business or software requirements.
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and use of Agile Methodology.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Experience with using Visio.
