Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead IT project teams following PMI's project management framework.
• Work closely with project sponsors to align business and technical goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and create key reports (kickoff, progress, close-out).
• Define team roles, responsibilities, and establish methodologies.
• Document and mitigate risks, manage scope, and implement communication plans.
• Build a balanced team with IT and business subject matter experts.
• Track issues, remove barriers, and provide technical support.
• Lead application system analysts and manage complex application features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong leadership and executive presence.
• Problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification (PMI, etc.) is a plus.
