About the position

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from start to finish. This includes managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables. You will allocate tasks and set milestones, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track. Your role will involve monitoring the health and progress of projects, identifying and resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members. You may be tasked with managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring a keen attention to detail to ensure that no aspect of any project is overlooked. In this position, you will leverage your project management skills to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that project objectives are met and that the projects align with the overall business strategy. Your ability to manage resources effectively and to communicate clearly with all parties involved will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any potential risks or issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Prior experience in ERP (MS Dynamics 365) or other mid-size ERP projects.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred; PMP certification required.
• Highly skilled in the use of personal computers, including PC operation, printing, file management, and the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, email, and Internet tools.
• 3+ years of project management experience in IT.
• Experience in business and IT strategy.
• Good project management skills, including planning, methodologies, time tracking, and leadership.
• General knowledge and understanding of business operations.
• Proficiency in analysis, design, and testing techniques.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
• Basic understanding of IT communications networks.

Nice-to-haves
