About the position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for creating and executing project work plans, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. This role involves resource planning, team selection, and the application of standardized project management methodologies to guide all projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client
• Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Minimize exposure and risk on projects
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Define, plan, and implement goals and milestones associated with all application development or system projects
• Oversee the analysis, design, execution, and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, and budgets
• Utilize a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized, and reliable manner

Requirements

• Certification PMP, CPM
• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
