About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, Plano, TX, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position that requires a dedicated professional to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), including Global Economic Sanctions. The IT Project Manager will be accountable for the complete technology delivery process, ensuring that all change management deliverables and financials for the initiative adhere to enterprise change standards. This role is critical in maintaining compliance and ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple interdependent and complex projects, demonstrating strong change execution skills. The position requires a proactive approach to project management, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines. The IT Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the projects align with the overall strategic goals of the organization. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the financial systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end strategic Anti-Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA), including Global Economic Sanctions.
  • Accountable for end-to-end technology delivery, change management deliverables and financials for initiative according to enterprise change standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years project management and/or technology experience with a strong track record of managing multiple interdependent and complex projects with strong change execution skills.
