About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position in Jersey City, NJ, within the financial industry. The role focuses on supporting the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Restoral Services team by improving processes, achieving productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The IT Project Manager will work closely with business executives and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project deliverables and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the CTI Restoral Services team.
• Focus on long-term strategic goals for process integration and best practices.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Create and manage documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Communicate and navigate across teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage interdependencies, issues, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results to managers and executives
• Ability to manage requirements across multiple lines of business
• Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables
• Ability to identify and report risks and issues to leadership
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of Business Continuity/Resiliency principles
• Strong MS Office experience
• Experience as a Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with risk/control oversight
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions
• Strong communicator with the ability to understand complex information
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Proven ability to motivate a project team
