About the position

The IT Project Manager will lead significant projects within the financial industry, focusing on infrastructure delivery for various business lines including Fraud, Claims, Credit Assist, and Authentication Hub. This role requires independent work with limited direction, providing strategic and tactical leadership while managing complex technical environments and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact.
• Supports the infrastructure delivery needs of the Fraud, Claims, Credit Assist, and Authentication Hub line of businesses.
• Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results.
• Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all IT and client/business area issues.
• Participates with IT management in the development of technology products and service standards.
• Serves as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in Infrastructure Delivery Technology environment.
• Ability to multi-task and assist team members as needed.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for all levels in the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects and/or programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• PMP certified.
• Able to develop and manage project plans and budgets.
• Able to manage risks and issues in a complex technical environment.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure systems and solutions utilized within the client.
• Experience successfully delivering infrastructure technology projects.
• Previous client Delivery Lead experience.
• General knowledge of Fraud, Claims, Credit Assist, and Authentication Hub business operations.
