CACI is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Team. The IT Project Manager will report to the ServiceNow Development Manager and work closely with a team of ServiceNow Developers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and ServiceNow Architects. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and overseeing technical IT projects. In this role, you will be responsible for all areas of Project Management from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful execution of the project in support of government customer's mission, goals, and objectives. You will lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Review with the customer and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your duties will include developing and maintaining a resource-loaded schedule, working with project leadership and the development team to define tasks, milestones, and deliverables, and determining resourcing needs while deconflicting resource constraints and conflicts. You will also determine task dependencies and schedule logic, track the project's critical path, and report and brief schedule updates/status to CACI leadership and Government Stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop scheduling status reports, digests, and summaries for various meetings and customer deliverables, maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation, and interact daily with technical leads, CACI leadership, and client personnel by providing schedule status data. You will oversee individual IT projects and tasks from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support. Your role will involve liaising between developers and project stakeholders, fostering quality communication between disciplines, and documenting and managing all issues and risks by developing and maintaining a risk register and mitigation plan. You will facilitate all necessary meetings, including requirements gathering, kick-off, technical exchange meetings, design review, status meetings, closeout meetings, and all ad-hoc and post-mortem meetings necessary. You will also provide recommendations for process development and improvement, contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids, and develop and produce documentation, reports, and presentation slide decks. Finally, you will prepare and present briefing materials to staff, executives, and federal customers, with interactions involving client meetings and interfacing with senior management.
