About the position

The IT Project Manager role is focused on the planning, management, and delivery of various project artifacts, including documentation for audit and governance, as well as presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong project management skills combined with technical writing capabilities, particularly in the context of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be adept at interfacing with multiple organizational units and distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project delivery of defined artifacts.
• Produce high-quality documentation suitable for various audiences.
• Work with internal teams on product and process documentation requirements.
• Support ongoing document governance efforts.
• Develop content for executive presentations as needed.
• Communicate work objectives and coordinate project delivery.
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into project status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and protocols.
• Experience in technical writing.
