About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee cybersecurity projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective communication across teams. This role requires extensive experience in technology project management, particularly in large-scale deployments and migrations within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of firewalls and will lead projects that involve upgrading these systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee vendor management and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead the upgrade of firewalls and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Coordinate large-scale deployment and migration of technology services across the enterprise.
• Utilize various project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Document business analysis and requirements gathering processes effectively.
• Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology project management experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of firewalls and experience leading their upgrade.
• Proven skills in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Solid documentation skills related to business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project, and Excel.
• Experience with Service Now or related applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in project management such as PMP and Scrum Master.
