About the position

MileOne Autogroup is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee new and ongoing IT projects across various functional areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely, on-budget, and successful delivery of all IT projects while collaborating with IT team members and effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for each IT project using designated project management software, including schedules, milestones, budgets, required resources, dependencies, risk and mitigation plans, and reports and KPIs.
• Gather requirements and specifications needed for the successful delivery of each project.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope for all IT projects.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners, holding them accountable for their responsibilities related to various projects.
• Manage multiple competing cross-functional IT projects simultaneously.
• Adjust course as needed when new high-priority projects are added.
• Drive project commitments and establish and maintain accountability levels both inside and outside of the IT department.
• Foster exceptional relationships with numerous MileOne stakeholders across all dealerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects within a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of timely and successful delivery of complex hardware and software solutions.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly technologically savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Experience with IT Business Continuity Planning is a plus.
• Six Sigma and/or PMI/PMP Certification is a plus.
