About the position

We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timelines and budgets. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall, and will be familiar with various project management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Microsoft Project. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating project performance through the use of metrics and reporting on the utility of each project upon the uptake of outputs. You will also be responsible for consulting with clients, consumers, and staff to assess the effectiveness of each project. Collaboration with the assigned Senior Project Manager will be crucial, as you will seek guidance and input during key phases of each project to ensure successful outcomes. A degree in an IT field is preferred, as it will provide a solid foundation for understanding the technical aspects of the projects you will manage. This is a permanent, onsite position that offers a competitive salary starting at $100K, depending on experience.
