About the position

The IT Project Manager will lead medium to large-scale projects within an IT Healthcare organization, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of project objectives. This role requires strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium size, complex projects and multiple small projects in an IT Healthcare organization.
• Provide regular day-to-day planning and organize the work of others.
• Facilitate team involvement in resolving difficult business or technical issues.
• Translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• Conduct detailed planning, project testing, and perform risk assessments with associated risk mitigation actions.
• Design and manage technical projects to ensure implementation on time and within budget.
• Develop reports and graphical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Experience leading medium size, complex projects in an IT Healthcare organization.
• Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Project Management process, procedures, documentation, checklists, and reporting criteria.
• Ability to conduct detailed planning and perform risk assessments.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheets.
