About the position

As an IT Project Manager at Century Distribution Systems, you will lead and manage IT projects focused on enhancing and optimizing supply chain operations. This role requires a strong understanding of both IT and supply chain management processes to ensure effective integration of technological solutions into workflows. You will collaborate with various internal teams to drive initiatives and deliver key projects that improve the company's IT platform and operational capabilities, all within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Communicate progress and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement IT solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
• Drive automation and efficiency using advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure IT solutions provide accurate data for better decision-making and visibility.
• Establish and promote best practices for system implementation and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT, supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide training and support for new IT systems to ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with expertise in supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency in IT systems, including SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
