About the position

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and conducting daily standup meetings to ensure team alignment and address immediate issues. This role involves leading sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, overseeing project tracking, and ensuring timely communication regarding planned releases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead sprint planning meetings for the TOS and Systems Business teams to outline upcoming work and prioritize tasks.
• Organize and lead sprint review meetings to assess completed work, gather feedback, and demonstrate results.
• Conduct retrospective meetings to review the sprint process, discuss what went well, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable insights.
• Oversee and regularly update the calendar that tracks planned releases and updates to ensure timely communication and coordination.
• Administer and update JIRA to manage project tracking, sprint boards, and backlog configurations, ensuring they reflect current project statuses and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Technology Delivery.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in banking is a plus.
