About the position

The IT Project Manager at Photon is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple departments and business units. This role involves leading and directing resources, ensuring project integration, and delivering intended solutions while managing scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses
• Obtain and align resources to key project roles
• Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation
• Conduct Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
• Facilitate Readiness, Change Adoption, and Stakeholder Management
• Ensure Quality Assurance and compliance with change requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Serve as a Program Manager on an interim basis if required
• Represent senior project stakeholders when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong scope management skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience managing high complexity projects across multiple departments

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on agile projects
• Previous project management experience in the financial industry
