About the position

The IT Project Manager at Stuller, Inc. will lead and oversee various IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed within defined timelines and budgets. This role involves facilitating communication between technical and business teams, managing project resources, and optimizing project management practices to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define objectives, timelines, and overall project scope.
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop and oversee work breakdown structures (WBS) and create IT plans that outline project statuses, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Inspect projects for quality assurance and design risk mitigation or contingency plans.
• Coordinate staff and internal resources to maximize project efficiency while managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in project reviews and create status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Optimize processes and improve project outcomes by establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature project management capabilities within the organization.
• Apply extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree or equivalent).
• Minimum of 9 years in project management.
• Proficient in project management principles and methodologies.
• Experienced in risk assessment and quality assurance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Additional experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge of IT systems and technology solutions.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage various project components simultaneously.
