Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Communicate progress and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement IT solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Drive automation and efficiency using advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Ensure IT solutions provide accurate data for better decision-making and visibility.
  • Establish and promote best practices for system implementation and process optimization.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across IT, supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide training and support for new IT systems to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with expertise in supply chain solutions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency in IT systems, including SQL.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
