About the position

As an IT Project Manager at SACRUM Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in leading software development projects that change the world. This position requires an individual with a strong background in project management, particularly in IT, with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience. You will be expected to drive all project activities through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying various project methodologies to ensure quality and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you manage project teams, mentor junior members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess advanced project management skills, with a solid understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for conducting requirement risk assessments, managing project requirements, and overseeing release management. Your ability to organize system work and run it as a program with a long-term vision will be essential. Additionally, you will be involved in business process improvements, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis, ensuring that all projects align with the strategic vision of the organization. In this hybrid role, you will work three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and have the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Local candidates are preferred, and you should be prepared to present your findings and recommendations to high-level partners, showcasing your excellent communication skills and ability to create impactful presentations. Your experience with Salesforce and familiarity with advanced modeling techniques will be considered a significant advantage in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in IT Project Management with Business Analysis experience.

• Ability to conduct requirement risk assessments and manage project requirements.
