About the position

The IT Project Manager in the Digital Health & Technology division at Premier Health is responsible for leading low-complexity projects to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methods. This entry-level position involves managing multiple small to moderate projects or a few large, low-complexity projects, focusing on technical operations, infrastructure, applications, and operations. The role requires effective leadership, accountability, and communication with a varied customer base, while also allowing for the development of the employee's information system knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to completion in accordance with the expressed scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage multiple small to moderate projects simultaneously or a few large, low-complexity projects.
• Establish and track expenditures associated with project budgets.
• Interact and establish constructive relationships with vendors and customers.
• Provide leadership and accountability within the peer group and influence operational leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technology Discipline with 2 years of IT Project Management experience, or a related Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of Project Management experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of Project Management experience, or No Degree with 8 years of experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.

• Experience with Agile and/or traditional Waterfall project management approaches.
