Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation, testing, and validation of IT systems, services, and software.
• Assess service levels, metrics, and product performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document issues and track status updates.
• Gather requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Create test scripts and perform functional testing.
• Develop and review instructional materials for quality workshops.
• Participate in testing applications and software during development and UAT phases.
• Conduct testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify defects.
• Assist in evaluating business processes and gathering requirements.
• Develop solutions to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Document and communicate results and necessary information.
• Process and implement recommended changes from management.
• Research emerging products, services, protocols, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Four (4) years of experience performing quality assurance duties.
• Experience with analytical and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
