We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the field of information technology to support our cutting-edge projects and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisition and supporting the growth of our technical team. As an IT Recruiter, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. You will utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit will be a key part of your role, along with coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress will be essential. Additionally, you will promote our company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities while providing regular reports to HR and management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Promote our company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
