About the position

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join their team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in various technical roles, ensuring clients have access to top talent in the industry. The recruiter will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top IT talent.
• Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better serve clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
